2 (*)SCREW
(*)SCREW (TO...)
Screw (to) — на воровском жаргоне означает - смываться, сваливать (используя отечественные матерные аналоги этих понятий аромат слова можно передать точнее).Screw off (to) — звучит несколько мягче чем to fuck off (как солженицынские смефуечки мягче того же слова с буквой "х"), но смысл тот же (см. to fuck off (FUCK)).
(*)
Screw around (to) — валять дурака.
Screwball = oddball = freak — эксцентрик, по-нашему, или типа "c придурью".
Have a screw loose (to) — здесь скорее аналогия с развинченными винтами, разболтанностью, чем с сексом.

Screw you! = fuck you!
